Mission: Accompanying young people seeking employment to the labor market by setting up an intercultural and intergenerational mentoring program.

Objective: DUO for a JOB will contribute to eliminating inequality in access to the labor market for young people with a migrant background, recognize the knowledge of our elders and combat discrimination by achieving social cohesion, mutual understanding and local solidarity.
