DUO for a JOB makes its expertise available to everyone. In this way, we try to contribute to the development of relevant policy with regard to professional integration and social cohesion.


Our goals
Mentoring enables us to provide individualized solutions for public policy issues. But since these are recurring and collective problems, political action is needed to address them in a more structural way.
The main goal of our advocacy is therefore to highlighting the difficulties. We illustrate the positive impact of mentoring at the individual level and show what structural changes are needed to address the difficulties faced by young people and/or mentors.

Our priorities
Our expertise is based on years of experience. We want to use this experience to make the voices of those we support heard locally, nationally, and internationally. In addition, we want to:
Raise awareness among the public about the benefits of diversity through media and social networks
Promote partnerships and collaborative efforts with associations and trade union organizations
Informing political representatives and advocating for the implementation of recommendations.
Sharing our findings and courses of action with public bodies
Supporting employers towards a positive management of diversity
Collaborating with the academic sector and research organizations
