Since 2021, we have supported 230 duos in Rotterdam so that every young person with an immigrant background can have the same opportunities on the job market. We work with numerous associations, companies and organizations to adopt a holistic approach to socio-professional integration issues.

Samer started his maritime education in Syria and has a number of years of work experience in the maritime sector.

Frans & Muhannad had a difficult start. Even before the first encounter, Muhannad suffered a serious football injury, which meant he was unable to leave home. This meant that this DUO mainly met digitally.

Abed Alrahman, like 3,000 other mentees, is a refugee. After receiving his accounting degree, he was unable to stay in his home country of Syria. Via Lebanon, Sudan and Turkey, he ended up in the Netherlands.
