Since 2022, we have supported 230 duos in Rotterdam so that every young person with an immigrant background can have the same opportunities on the job market. We work with numerous associations, companies and organizations to adopt a holistic approach to socio-professional integration issues.

A duo, a story
Eric & Ali
Eric always found time in his busy schedule. I am so grateful to him! During this difficult period, he was a great support and sparring partner 💪

Ali graduated as a petroleum engineer from the Universiti Teknologi Petronas in Malaysia. He has no network in the Netherlands and the application process works differently than he is used to

Samer & Sjaak
Samer focuses on getting his driver's license and Sjaak helps him apply for jobs.
Initial situation:
Samer started his maritime education in Syria and has a number of years of work experience in the maritime sector.
Dream Job:
Working in the port of Rotterdam
Result:
Samer will soon take his driver's license exam and then he will most likely be able to work as a nautical inspector.

Mohammed Aleryani & Corina
