What is DUO for a JOB?
A free mentoring program
A young person (mentee) with a migration background looking for work and a mentor with a lot of experience form a duo for 6 months.
An intergenerational encounter
By exchanging experiences and listening to each other, prejudices are eliminated.
Collective workshops
Help with looking for work under the supervision of professionals. Everything at your own pace.

Personalized support
Each mentor supports one young person at a time, tailoring their approach to the individual's needs and ambitions to help them navigate the job market.
A professional and warm environment
Each duo is supported by a dedicated coordinator and has access to high-quality facilities and equipment.
Registrations all year round, without selection
Registrations are on a continuous basis, and no degree or experience is required to join the program and be paired as a duo!
