What information is there and how do we collect it?
A. Information that you provide to us

The personal data collected at the organization level is as follows:

1/ With the information that the user provides in the online forms, he can be identified and contacted in a personalized way. Depending on the situation and with the consent of the person concerned, DUO for a JOB collects and stores the following data:
- First and last name

Additional personal information from mentees is also collected after the identity card/residence permit has been sent by email/WhatsApp. Once the identity information has been entered into our database, the identity photo is deleted. If the ID is sent via Whatsapp, it will also be removed from the phone. This information is no longer stored on the phone after it has been encrypted.

2/ The technical characteristics of the means of connecting to the website, these are data that is collected automatically.
Generally, when you visit the site, we only occasionally collect information such as your IP address and/or information about your browser or computer device and the last webpage visited that allows us to provide you with access to the site and appropriate content. However, there are pages where you must provide additional personal information to register, contact us, or request news and updates.

We use this information to improve our communication and include general information, such as open and click-through rates, to inform communication planning and reporting.

How long do we keep your data?
The data of those who have not agreed to the storage of data for purposes other than answering their specific question will only be kept for as long as necessary to answer the question. Requests for information, teaching materials, purchases, stand-alone gifts, or participation in a promotion can take 30-60 days.
The data of individuals who have expressed an interest in the actions, activities and future campaigns of DUO for a JOB, and those involved in the gifts, will be kept in accordance with art. 5 of the GDPR, i.e. for the period corresponding to the intended purpose or until consent is expressly withdrawn by the person concerned.
We keep the information we collect about you for as long as necessary for the purposes for which we collected it and in accordance with applicable law and legitimate business interests.

After the end of the mentoring period, the mentee's professional development follows for 12 months. During this period, all personal data is stored.
To produce annual reports and statistics, personal information is anonymized and stored for a period of 15 years. Once this period has elapsed, a data cleaning process is put in place to remove unused data.
We strive to keep our information accurate and will make any necessary corrections if you let us know.
