💡 DUO for a JOB in a nutshell...
At DUO for a JOB, we connect young people with a migration background (mentees) with 50+ year olds (mentors). The mentor supports the young person for six months, on a voluntary basis, in their search for a job or further education. Why? To strengthen the position of young people on the labour market, to make better use of the experience of older people, and to combat prejudice.
DUO for a JOB currently employs over 110 staff members across the Netherlands, Belgium, and France, and works with more than 150 volunteers and over 2.000 mentors. In the Netherlands, we launched our first branch in Rotterdam in September 2021. Our ambition is not only to continue growing in Rotterdam, but also to establish a second Dutch branch in Utrecht. That’s why we’re looking for a Regional Manager Utrecht !
