Amani came to DUO for a JOB with a clear goal: to pursue an education that suits her skills and interests. Together with her mentor Lieke, she enthusiastically set to work on her plan for the future.
Based on her skills and interests, they choose the course Finance & Control at the Haagse Hogeschool. But before Amani can enroll in the program, she has to overcome a lot of personal and administrative obstacles.
She doesn’t get discouraged though and she eventually manages to get admitted to her dream course. Amani is super happy: her future in the Netherlands can finally begin!
